Internship - Back Office
As a Back Office Intern at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional luxury hospitality environment. We are currently looking for interns to join our Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, and Sales teams.
Depending on your area of interest and educational background, you will be assigned to one of these departments and support the team with daily administrative and operational activities. Primary responsibilities include:
- Assist the assigned department with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Support data entry, filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other departmental documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized records according to department procedures.
- Support coordination and communication with colleagues and other departments when required.</
