Internship - F&B Service

As an F&B Service Intern at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will have the opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Primary responsibilities include:

• Assist the F&B Service team in preparing restaurants, dining areas, and service stations before operations.
• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Support the team in taking orders and serving food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of dining areas and service equipment.
• Assist with table setting, clearing, and resetting during service.
• Ensure guests’ needs are attended to promptly and communicate requests to the relevant team members.
• Support the team in maintaining proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures for F&B Service operations.
• Assist with stock replenishment and proper handling of service equipment.
