Storekeeper Daily Worker

As a Storekeeper Daily Worker at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our storeroom. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, handling daily stock movements, and ensuring all items entering and leaving the store are properly documented and controlled. Primary responsibilities include:

• Maintain accurate perpetual inventory records and handle the daily issuing of inventories.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts together with the Cost Controller.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies between physical inventory and system records to management.
• Ensure proper documentation of all merchandise entering or leaving the store, including receiving records, purchase orders, and authorized requisitions.
• Coordinate with the Cost Controller and relevant departments on store receiving and issuing schedules.
• Maintain an updated list of authorized signatories for store requisition purposes.
• Post all store requisitions and transfers into the system on a daily basis.
• Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and security of all storage areas at all times.
