As a Wellness Ambassador onboard the Eastern & Oriental Express, you will be responsible for curating and delivering exceptional wellness experiences that enhance the journey for our guests. You will lead wellness initiatives, set service goals, and ensure adherence to luxury hospitality standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices. Additionally, you will oversee program development, resource allocation, and guest engagement. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering wellness programs, including fitness, relaxation, and mindfulness activities tailored to guest needs.
- Ensuring all wellness services are conducted in line with international hospitality and safety standards.
- Managing wellness equipment, supplies, and consumables: ordering, receiving, storing, and maintaining minimum stock levels.
- Forecasting and scheduling wellness activities to align with train itineraries and guest expectations.
