We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on Head Housekeeper to join us at Belong and play a key role in creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who lives, works and visits our village.
This isn’t just about checklists and rotas—it's about leading with heart, setting the standard, and taking pride in making a meaningful difference every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading, coaching, and supporting our brilliant housekeeping team
Being a visible, positive role model who champions excellent practice
Making sure every corner of our village is clean, hygienic and comfortable
Creating a warm, supportive environment that reflects Belong’s values
Allocating daily cleaning and laundry tasks to maintain exceptional standards
Your Key Responsibilities
- Carry out audits and routine checks to keep our communal spaces welcoming
- Ensure cleaning products and equipment are stored and used safely
- Manage stock levels and ordering of supplies
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, families and visitors
- Plan staff rotas to ensure we have the right people in the right place
