About the Role
As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will support the Head Housekeeper and Front of House Manager in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, comfort and presentation throughout the village, ensuring residents, families and visitors enjoy a welcoming and safe environment.
You will play an important role in supporting residents within their households and helping to create a home-from-home atmosphere across Belong Birkdale.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver housekeeping and domestic services in line with Belong's values and standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort throughout the village.
- Support residents with their individual domestic needs within their household accommodation.
- Carry out cleaning and laundry duties using appropriate equipment and procedures.
- Respond promptly to requests for housekeeping assistance.
- Complete written records accurately
