The Role
Every home Belong lists needs someone standing in it on a Saturday afternoon, making a stranger imagine their next home. That person is a Home Coordinator.
Finding them, training them, and keeping that network running across every market we operate in is this job.
You will own the Home Coordinator network end to end: sourcing, screening, onboarding, training, scheduling coverage, and holding the bar on quality. This is the function Tour Operations built to get every listed home seen and loved, and we are scaling it.
