The Role
Belong needs a senior accountant who combines technical depth, hands-on execution, and leadership in a lean team. You lead an automation-enabled close, work alongside teammates who own payroll and payables as well as receivables and collections, handle the complex entries and edge cases, and remain accountable for accurate, timely books and reporting.
As Senior Accountant, you are the day-to-day accounting lead for Belong's Buenos Aires finance team. You own the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the books and coordinate the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across the Finance Operation
