BETA Technologies is seeking a Director of Supplier Quality to lead and elevate the Supply Chain Quality function as a core pillar of BETA’s Quality organization. Reporting to the Head of Quality, this Director provides senior leadership to two established teams — Supplier Quality Field Operations (supplier-facing quality coverage across the commodity base) and Supplier Quality Internal Operations (receiving inspection and home-team quality functions) — and is accountable for the performance, integration, and maturation of both.
