Inventory Specialist

BETA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Inventory Control Analyst to support the optimization of inventory control process improvement and maintenance across our warehouse and manufacturing locations. In this role, you will leverage data analytics, system expertise, and process improvement initiatives to ensure 99.5% inventory accuracy and on-time component delivery to our electric aircraft production teams. You will work with the Inventory Lead, Inventory Analyst colleagues, and BETA Internal Audit to ensure inventory control requirements for FAA certification, and Sarbanes-Oxley key controls are established, documented, and met.
How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
- Analyze and communicate daily workload and operational metrics to support resource planning.
- Report weekly KPI data and support end-of-year audit requirements through comprehensive inventory documentation and analysis. &
