We continue to build a multi-faceted and comprehensive legal team to support our growing company in aerospace, technology, and manufacturing. The legal team supports BETA’s aircraft and charger manufacturing as well as charge network development. The successful candidate will work across the company to guide business initiatives, navigate legal and regulatory requirements, and help protect BETA against risk.
How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
- Advise on federal securities laws and SEC reporting requirements, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, S-3, S-8, and related filings
- Partner with Finance, Investor Relations, Communications, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely public company disclosures
- Support the Compensation and Audit Committees of the Board, including meeting preparation, materials, resolutions, and legal and regulatory guidance
