The Software Engineering team embeds technical and AI capability directly into the business — going where the problems are, working alongside teams to understand their needs, and deploying solutions that make a real difference. As a Software Engineer, you will partner with business teams across BETA to understand complex operational challenges, design and build software solutions, and stay with each engagement until the solution is working and adopted. This role requires equal parts engineering depth and interpersonal skill: you will build trust with non-technical stakeholders, translate ambiguous problems into clear technical designs, and ship high-quality software in a fast-moving environment.
How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
- Embed directly with business teams across BETA to identify, scope, and solve operational and technical problems
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications, internal tools
