Summary
Administers medications as documented in the MAR. Follows proper technique when administering medications and completes medication pass safely within the allotted time frame 100% of the time. Documents appropriately and accurately all medications passed and follows established standards and guidelines of the nursing department. Maintains appropriate supplies and equipment on the medication carts and alerts charge nurse with the need for any supplies or medications in a timely manner. Ensures that the medication cart remains locked and is properly stocked and cleaned at the beginning and end of each shift. Monitors
