Summary
Notifies supervisor immediately of any concerns or problems within the facility. Properly documents material and supply orders and accounts for use of materials on daily work documents. Successfully completes all work orders for equipment and furniture repair. Initiates, leads, and performs a wide variety of corrective maintenance work assignments. Installs, alters, maintains, and repairs systems, equipment, and facilities. Completes tasks on time. Works with vendors to accomplish some tasks.
