About the role:
Betterment is looking for an Incentive Compensation Manager to run the operational engine behind how we pay our go-to-market teams, reporting into our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of our incentive compensation programs, ensuring our go-to-market teams are paid accurately, on time, and in accordance with plan design.
You’ll own the monthly commission process from data validation through payout, including the operating cadences, reporting, controls, and cross-functional coordination required to support a reliable and auditable process.
