About the Role

Marketing Enablement is a newly formed squad that owns the systems and surfaces Marketing uses to reach and reward customers. The team's domain spans Betterment's promotions and offers framework (referrals, acquisition and tenured offers, promo codes, and the enrollment and redemption mechanics behind them), customer messaging and in-app content, marketing analytics and attribution, internal marketing ops tooling, and the technical foundation of our public website.
