About the Role

Betterment is looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations & Deal Desk to serve as the execution arm of our Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Revenue Operations. As our commercial engine grows, you'll own our Revenue Operations processes (spanning supporting our go-to-market and post-sales teams) and own Deal Desk and Promotions. 

This role calls for someone who thinks like a process owner first: you are someone who notices friction and inefficiency before anyone flags it, and is motivated to design it out of the system rather than work around it.
