As Assistant Head of School, you will support a Bezos Academy school with children ages three through five as part of a multi-state network of schools in under-resourced communities, offering quality Montessori-inspired preschool at no cost to families. You will work closely with the Head of School to ensure smooth school operations, build a strong family community, develop teaching staff, and support the educational experience for each child in every classroom. You bring leadership and management experience, and a passion for our mission to expand access to high quality preschool in under-resourced communities.
