Meaningful Work From Day One
Within the sales department of Brown Forman, you will report to the Key Account Manager Off-Trade. You will support the Brand Director (DE) and the Junior KAM on a daily basis on various files.
You will also be required to work cross-functionally with a multitude of interlocutors on a daily basis (marketing, trade marketing, sales force, purchasing and logisticians).
This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Paris office, Fridays working from home)
What You Can Expect
In particular, you will be required to participate in the following missions:
● Ensure the complete management of the business files established by the EDs and follow them throughout their application.
● Carry out the follow-up of promotional data (calls for tenders, logistics and pricing sheets, information for the Sales Force, etc.).
● transmission of HD visuals, product descriptions and graphic elements to the central offices for the creation of flyers
● Entry and follow-up of promotional operations (OPN, smartsheet, A3)
● Track the return of orders subject to quotas
● Complete and share commercial contracts/invoices dashboards (PIN budgets, national or regional agreement budgets, EGALIM, etc.).
● Manage product needs and samples
● Ensure the monthly declaration of Turnover per customer (Customer Intranet, emails and our management and control tools)
● Collaborate proactively with the contacts of the various supermarket brands and ensure the operational interface with the various internal departments.
● Respond to specific requests from the Sales Department on an ad hoc basis
● Contribute to the follow-up of RGM by clients in collaboration with the EDs and CMs
● Contribute to the centralization and understanding of information flows from our customers, our sales team, internal services and datasharing.

What You Bring to the Table
Required Experience & Education:
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);
Experience: Minimum 3/4 years of experience
Job Competencies:
Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) advanced level (Pivot tables)
Fluent English
