Associate, Software Engineer

Job Purpose/Summary: Beyond the technical checklist, looking for someone who writes production quality code as a habit, code a teammate can pick up, debug, and extend without archaeology. Our CRM is custom built rather than an off-the-shelf platform, this role requires real software engineering skill, not just configuration experience. The ability to read, extend, and refactor an existing codebase matters as much as writing new features. Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders and a track record of taking ownership of problems through to resolution matter as much as the technical skill set.
