Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician (Office & Industrial) will be responsible for performing all necessary functions in the operation, preventive maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVACR in conformance with Company-mandated safety procedures.  Performs duties consistent with the Mission Statement for the Washington Operations of the Office and Industrial Division.   The Maintenance Technician (Office & Industrial) is under the general supervision and direction of the Chief Engineer and/or Engineering Manager.  On occasion, the Chief Engineer and/or Engineering Manager may delegate the Lead Engineer to oversee building projects.
