Are you looking for a great place to work?  Our team at the is searching for our new Corporate Chief Engineer.  This professional is responsible to support and guide the ongoing maintenance and support the capital improvement process for all the hotels in the Hospitality Group of the B.F. Saul Company, and to directly lead the on going maintenance and capital improvement process for the Embassy Suites Dulles. This individual has a creative vision, entrepreneurial thinking, and a breadth of knowledge of a wide range of hospitality assets and building systems, and a strong background in maintaining MEP systems. He/She is process and detail driven to obtain results that exceed expectations of our guests, hotel teams and senior management. A focus on fiscal responsibility is also expected. This position is responsible for support of the engineering function at all hotels.  Uses leadership and technical skills to ensure effective implementation of maintenance programming and corporate standards to maximize the efficacy of the engineering staff, and the reliability and longevity of building equipment and systems.
