FRISCO - Corrosion Engineer, New Grad

Responsibilities:

• Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees
• Attend specific events and training geared toward career development
• Work on assigned projects, meet deadlines, and expand knowledge

Requirements:

• Before starting employment, must have a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or a related field
• Coursework in corrosion, electrochemistry, materials, electrical systems, or fluid/pipeline systems is a plus
• For Engineering disciplines, must have passed or be eligible to sit for the FE exam by the time of graduation
• Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry-specific software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong, positive collaborator who works well on a team
• Willingness and ability to work in a BGE office
