The Role

Every clinic that partners with Big Leap is betting that we’ll help them treat more patients and build a stronger practice than it could on its own. The Partner Growth team’s job is to make sure that bet pays off.

As a Partner Success Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of interventional psychiatry clinics offering treatments like Spravato and TMS, and you’ll be accountable for how they perform. You’ll build real relationships with clinic owners, medical directors and front-desk teams, and then you’ll put those relationships to work on what the part
