The Project Setup Lead is responsible for the accurate and timely setup of customer projects, contracts, and related system records to support project execution, revenue forecasting, and billing readiness. This role serves as the primary owner of the project setup process, ensuring customer contracts, proposals, purchase orders, and supporting documentation are reviewed, interpreted, and translated into accurate project records within enterprise systems. The Project Setup Lead partners closely with Revenue, Accounts Receivable, Project Management, Business Development, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to resolve exceptions, improve processes, maintain documentation, and drive operational excellence.
