Sales Manager Electronic

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead, manage, and monitor the sales team’s performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand sales channels and distribution networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer behavior.
• Analyze sales performance and develop action plans to improve revenue and achievement.
• Manage sales targets, forecasts, and sales budgets.
• Coordinate with Marketing and other teams to support promotions and sales campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management.
• Conduct regular market/store visits to monitor execution and identify opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales managerial role.
• Experience in Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Gadgets, Electrical, or related industries is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
