Pay Range £25,800 - £41,340

Job Summary
Bio-Techne is a world-leading developer and manufacturer of high-quality life science reagents and is seeking a QA Specialist to join their QA Compliance team at their manufacturing site in Bristol.
The successful candidate, reporting to the QA Compliance Team Leader, will play a key role within the QA department, working closely with internal colleagues to ensure that quality systems and QA processes are effectively implemented and maintained to support us in meeting company, customer and compliance requirements. This site is ISO 9001:2015 certified with both Research Use Only (RUO) product and GMP product manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) processes, ensuring timely and accurate administration and progression of requests relating to documentation, logbooks, change controls, deviations, non-conformances, and CAPA activities, in line with procedural requirements, target due dates and priority level.
Support supplier quality management activities, including qualification, monitoring, documentation review and ongoing maintenance of the supplier program.
Support investigation and timely resolution of quality issues. Facilitating deviation, non-conformance, and customer complaint management processes, ensuring records are complete and compliant.
Support customer quality queries and complaints in line with quality and business expectations.
Generate quality metrics, process performance monitoring and compliance data. Provide routine reporting and administrative support to help identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting projects that enhance quality system efficiency whilst maintaining or strengthening product quality, compliance performance and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
BSc/BA degree educated
Experience of working within a Quality Assurance or Quality Systems function within an ISO 9001 Management System, or similar
Experience in core QA / QMS activities such as documentation control, non-conformance management, change control processes
Experience of working within a cGMP environment is desirable
