Video Producer

BIS Safety Software is a SaaS company on a mission to change how organizations manage safety, learning, and compliance. Video is how a growing share of that story gets told, and it needs one person behind it. We are looking for a Video Producer to own it.   About the role: In this role, you will plan, shoot, and edit the video BIS puts into the world. If you are a videographer who grew into producing, or a producer who never stopped operating a camera, this is the role for you. We are not looking for someone to hand a shot list to, and we are not looking for someone who only shoots either. Our ideal candidate loves being involved in all areas of video production.   You will operate as part of a team, with a roster of freelance talent to call on; AI is already a key element of our editing and design. How you use them is your call.  What we care about is the output: excellent, finished content, produced at the pace we need it. Someone genuinely multiplied by modern tooling will do well here. Someone who needs a week to turn around a two-minute cut will find the pace difficult.    Beyond producing, we want your judgment on where video effort actually pays off. You will own what gets made in video and at what level of polish, and shape that plan together with marketing leadership.
