Events Data Intern

Bisnow's Florida team is looking for a detail oriented intern to support the marketing and logistics cycle for our HOA event series. This is a hands on role covering email outreach, registration management, and day of event coordination. You'll work closely with the Head of Florida and get direct exposure to how a media and events company runs a sponsorship and attendee pipeline from start to finish. This role is project based, tied to the marketing cycle of two HOA events in 2027. Expect roughly 10 to 12 weeks of support per event, at about 5 hours per week (an average of 1 hour per day).
