Now we're hiring an Enterprise Sales Leader. This is a front-line leadership role: the team is in place and ready to roll, and you'll lead them day to day while getting into the biggest deals alongside them. You've been a key stakeholder in the process of buildingt and running a sales org before, and you'll bring that experience here. As we grow, you'll get to put your fingerprints all over Bland's go-to-market function, shaping how we sell, who we hire, and how we scale.
What you'll do
Lead the team: Coach a team of experienced enterprise sellers every day through deal reviews, pipeline management, call coaching, and forecasting. Set a high bar and hold it.
