Job Description

As a System Analyst, you will play a vital role in our dynamic and multicultural team, providing essential technical assistance to team members across various platforms, including Windows and Mac environments. Your primary responsibilities will involve setting up computers, configuring software, managing email systems, and offering comprehensive support to ensure seamless operations within our tech company. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of technologies and collaborate closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. 

What will I be doing? 

Technical Support and Troubleshooting: 

• Provide tier 2 and 3 technical support, encompassing software installations, upgrades, configuration, and administration. 
• Offer application support and guidance to internal system users, actively resolving technical issues. 

Application Solution Development: 

• Collaborate with internal team members to thoroughly understand application enhancement needs. 
• Research and devise optimal solutions to address business requirements, ensuring alignment with core enterprise systems. 

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

• Support and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including ordering, configuring, and delivering devices and accessories so employees are ready to work on day one.
• Manage account provisioning and access setup for new employees, and handle equipment recovery and access removal during offboarding.

Cybersecurity Support: 

• Support the security team with day-to-day cybersecurity activities, such as assisting with access reviews and security awareness initiatives. 
• Help follow security best practices and escalate potential security concerns to the appropriate team. 

Documentation and Training: 

• Create comprehensive documentation for all processes, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing. 
• Conduct training sessions as necessary to equip team members with the required skills and knowledge. 

AI Tools and Automation: 

• Use AI tools to build small apps, scripts, and workflows that automate repetitive IT and business processes. 
• Partner with teams to spot where AI and automation can save time, then prototype, test, and roll out practical solutions. 

Qualifications

What expertise do I need? 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience 
• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems 
• Experience with supporting Microsoft technologies such as O365 and Azure 
• Prior experience supporting back-office applications such as a Financial ERP system 
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and low-code/automation platforms to build small apps, scripts, or workflows that automate processes

What about languages? 

Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must! 

How much experience must I have?
