The Role

Block’s Business Resilience is part of the Security Governance Risk and Compliance team. The Business Resilience helps ensure that critical products, services, operations, and supporting technology can continue through disruption and recover within expected timeframes. The team partners across business, technology, risk, compliance, legal, regional entities, and third-party teams to identify resilience risks, validate recovery capabilities, support governance expectations, and drive practical remediation.

This role will help operate and mature Block’s resilience program across business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, operational resilience, third-party resilience, testing, reporting, and regulatory compliance support. The rol
