We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our Operations team based in Dallas.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide comprehensive and timely IT support to all employees, including VIP and C-suite executives, delivering white-glove service with professionalism and discretion
- Exercise security best practices and monitor and train employees to do the same
- Maintain and provision employee hardware and software for a global workforce, leveraging Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms to deploy policies, push updates, and apply patch fixes at scale
- Perform onboarding, offboarding, and re-provisioning procedures efficiently and securely
