This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and scalability of our stock administration function during a pivotal time for the company. You will be a key member of the Legal and Finance teams, supporting our employees and stakeholders through this exciting evolution.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the company’s global equity plan (stock options, RSUs, etc.) currently on the Carta platform.
- Process all equity-related transactions, including new grants, exercises, cancellations, and vesting events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
