Reporting to the Vice President of Product, this role acts as the functional lead of the market — responsible for growing active users and revenue locally.

Own Product readiness & Experience
- Own the user experience in your local market, ensuring the product feels intuitive, relevant, and aligned with user expectations.
- Proactively test the app to surface bugs, friction points, and UX gaps—then relay actionable insights and optimization ideas to the engineering team.
- Influence product positioning by bringing deep local knowledge and user empathy to help shape messaging, feature prioritization, and market fit.
