The Role:

We’re looking for a Strategic Finance & Business Operations Lead to own the financial and analytical work behind some of Blossom’s most important business decisions and revenue drivers.

This is not a generic BizOps role. You’ll spend a significant amount of your time digging into the economics of the business: understanding our revenue structure, building financial models, evaluating new opportunities, and turning complex financial and operational data into decisions.
