We are searching for a highly skilled and talented Setter III to join our manufacturing facility in New York City. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and precision. We are seeking an individual who excels in advanced stone setting techniques and is motivated to produce exceptional jewelry that exceeds customer expectations.

At Blue Nile, you'll use your expertise to bring stunning jewelry designs to life by setting diamonds and gemstones in a variety of settings, including prong, pavé, bezel, channel, and custom settings for fancy-shaped stones. Team Members are dedicated to delivering a Customer-First experience through exceptional quality and craftsmanship. The Setter III performs advanced stone setting, laser repairs, stone resets, setting repairs, and polishing while ensuring all pieces meet company quality, design, and finishing standards.
