What You’ll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
• Help patients achieve functional goals and improve daily living skills
• Document progress and maintain compliance with facility standards
• Engage patients with encouragement, patience, and professionalism
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused rehab environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed COTA in California
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or outpatient settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused mindset
