Position Description

Bluebird Kids Health is seeking a dedicated Patient Access Specialist to provide seamless access to care for the children and families we serve, playing a key role in fostering meaningful engagement with our care model. As the first point of contact, this role is essential in delivering a positive patient experience by promptly answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely resolution of patient needs.
