The role

Blue Earth Capital is creating a Junior Compliance Officer position based in Madrid to strengthen the Legal & Compliance team's global compliance capacity. Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance, the initial priority is managing the day-to-day AML/KYC/KYA processes across the firm's funds and entities. The role also supports the issuance and supervision of compliance policies and manuals and the development and operation of a firm-wide compliance monitoring program, under senior guidance. The role prepares reviews, documents findings and escalates exceptions; final approvals remain with the designated senior approver. This is a hands-on role for a candidate building a career in compliance within the impact and private markets
