About the Role
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of Blue Moon Metals Inc.’s operation at the Nussir site in Norway. The GM is a new role to support the projects transition from Construction phase thru to Operations and to provide the leadership during the life of operation. This role ensures safe, environmentally responsible, and cost-effective production while maintaining compliance with Norwegian regulations and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
The General Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams across mining, processing, maintenance, health & safety, and support functions, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
