DARPA Systems Engineer, TS/SCI

 

Experience:

• Seven (7) years of IT professional experience overseeing the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.
• Experience integrating various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance support.
• Experience considering overall project design including cost, schedule, and social issues that may be associated with a project.
• At least seven (7) years, the individual supported research and development (R&D) Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
• Skill in conceiving, planning and conducting research in problem areas of considerable scope and complexity requiring unconventional or novel approaches and sophisticated research techniques.
• Demonstrated ability of make decisions independently on research and development (R&D) engineering problems and methods, and of resolve important questions and of plan and coordinate work.
• Demonstrated experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices for each lead of the four functional areas (Intelligence and Mission Capabilities, Architecture, Applications, and Mission Integration). Each functional area lead shall have at least five (5) year
