Our collision center specializes in repairing BMW, MINI Cooper, Toyota/Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, Land Rover, Porsche and other vehicles.
Qualifications
About You
I-CAR certification is a plus, but we are willing to help the right technician continue their training.
- Has 3+ years of professional collision repair experience
- Can perform structural and non-structural repairs
- Has experience with panel replacement, welding, dent repair and vehicle reassembly
- Takes pride in accurate, high-quality repairs
- Can follow OEM repair procedures and safety requirements
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can work independently while being a team player
- Has a valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record
- Is willing to continue learning and participate in manufacturer training
Additional Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess great mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Own a valid driver’s license.
- At least 2+ years previous of hands on automotive repair experience in a professional environment or equivelant.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, MVR check, and maintenance of a valid driver's license.
