About the role
We're growing our services and data operations alongside our software, including by acquiring and integrating small services businesses. You'll be the first person in this function. You'll own what happens after we sign: bringing each company onto our software and processes, redesigning how work gets delivered, and building one operation that runs across all of them. This is a hands-on job. You'll spend real time inside the businesses we acquire, with the people who do the work. In twelve months, every company we've acquired should run on one playbook and one scorecard, and deliver faster and at better margins than when we bought it.
