GSOC Operator

Position Overview The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator is embedded within Netflix’s Safe@ team and provides 24/7/365 operational support for the continuous monitoring and protection of Netflix’s people, assets, business operations, and facilities. This role is responsible for monitoring security, communications, surveillance, and fire/life safety systems while serving as a key liaison between on-site security personnel and other key cross-functional teams within the Enterprise Security organization. The GSOC Operator is responsible for timely incident detection, accurate documentation, effective communication, and immediate escalation of routine and critical events.
