Security Systems Project Manager

Position Overview  We are looking for an experienced Security Systems Project Manager to be embedded on Robinhood's Security Technology team. The Security Systems Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery and execution of integrated physical security technology projects across global sites. Responsible for new office builds, tenant improvements, third-party sites, co-located data centers, and MACs, this role manages project schedules, budgets, and vendors.  The Security Systems Project Manager serves as the primary operational link between internal stakeholders, architectural/construction trades, and system integrators to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full alignment with Robinhood's security standards. This is a full-time, hybrid position offering competitive benefits. Employees are required to work onsite two to three days per week at Robinhood's Menlo Park office, with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining days. Essential Job Functions End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead all phases of physical security projects, including initial scope definition, budget tracking, schedule creation, vendor bid evaluations, installation oversight, and final testing and commissioning.
