Security Systems Project Manager (Non-Technical)

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Non-Technical Security Systems Program Manager to support the Technical Operations team by improving operational efficiency, driving consistency, and ensuring strategic initiatives and business-as-usual activities stay on track. The ideal candidate enjoys creating structure, developing processes, coordinating cross-functional projects, and transforming information into clear documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting. A strong understanding of how Security Systems organizations function within large global enterprises is important for success in this role. This is a non-technical role focused on program coordination, process improvement, project tracking, and operational excellence.  This is a full-time, fully remote position offering a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects and initiatives by developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking deliverables. Develop and maintain documentation that clearly defines roles, responsibilities, and workflows for internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document action items, and drive accountability to ensure projects remain on schedule. Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process documentation, operational playbooks, and program standards. Create dashboards, reports, and executive briefings that com
