Store Manager - Bicester Village

The Store Manager at BOGGI Milano, both directly and through their team, builds strong relationships with clients and translates the brand’s vision and commercial objectives into tangible results every day.

Responsibilities

·       Lead the team directly on the sales floor, driving the achievement of expected sales targets;

·       Act as a key driver of team development by providing clear feedback, on-the-job coaching, recognition and continuous motivation through an empathetic approach and effective communication;

·       Welcome, engage and build relationships with clients, providing, through active listening, a consultative sales approach consistent with BOGGI Milano’s brand positioning;

·       Transfer to the team the methodology required to turn the analysis of key KPIs into concrete corrective actions aimed at improving store performance;
