Junior Compliance Analyst
Key Responsibilities
The Junior Compliance Analyst will assist the Compliance team with:
Supporting client onboarding and reviewing KYC/CDD documentation for completeness.
Conducting basic screening checks, including sanctions, PEP and adverse media searches.
Assisting with periodic reviews and updating client compliance files.
Following up on missing or expired KYC documentation.
Maintaining Compliance registers, trackers and records.
Assisting with AML/CFT and compliance monitoring activities.
Supporting the preparation of compliance reports and basic statistics.
Assisting with regulatory surveys, questionnaires and information requests.
Supporting the preparation and organization of documents required for audits and regulatory reviews.
Assisting with the review and administrative updating of Compliance policies, procedures and manuals.
Supporting the organization of Compliance and AML/CFT training.
Maintaining training attendance and completion records.
Conducting basic regulatory or compliance research when required.
Assisting with the preparation of documents and information for management, committee and Board reporting.
