Regional Financial Controller - Americas
The Regional Financial Controller (Americas) will work closely with the Head of Finance, Americas to lead and strengthen the regional finance control environment across multiple jurisdictions. The role is responsible for driving accurate reporting, strong financial controls, effective billing and working capital management, statutory compliance, audit readiness, and finance transformation. The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance leader who can operate independently, influence local teams and stakeholders, and act as a trusted deputy to the Head of Finance, Americas.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Own and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes for Americas entities, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, consistent, and supported by appropriate review and controls.
Oversee accounting transactions, balance sheet integrity, bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other key control processes, ensuring issues are identified, escalated, and resolved promptly.
Own and oversee client billing processes across relevant jurisdictions, ensuring billing is accurate, complete, aligned with approved fee arrangements, and issued sufficiently ahead of applicable license fee and statutory dea
